Joe Ruffini
Joe is recognized by the Coast Guard as Boat Crew Certified and has been a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary since 2012. He has participated in various Coast Guard training programs, specializing in operations and safety procedures. His training includes lookout duties, communications, advanced navigation, man-overboard drills, search and rescue, fire fighting, damage control, towing, and basic first aid. He is highly knowledgeable about boating regulations and the local waterways.
Dave Fayder
CAPTAIN
Captain Dave has been at the helm since earning his captain's license in 2010. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1983, serving until 1986, followed by two years in the active Reserves. Since 1987, he has owned and captained various boats, gaining extensive experience with different makes and models. His deep understanding of nautical protocol makes him exceptionally qualified to command a historic vessel.
